What makes a Pro Shop Great?Â
Â
Ken and I have been doing a little traveling in different States. We went into several Bowling Centers and Pro Shops. We went into 5 shops; this is what we did see.Â
Â
-We were never greeted when we walked into the shopsÂ
-Totally blown away by how dirty the shops wereÂ
-The merchandise was not priced or labeled correctlyÂ
-The bowling balls, bags, shoes were last years inventoryÂ
-3of 5 shops opened 25minutes to 45minutes late (after posted work hrs)Â
Â
The bottom line is several bowling pro shops are ran by bowlers not business people. I’m not saying there are not great people (pro shop owners/bowlers) in this industry but 50% of them (Pro shop owners/Bowlers) don’t care or don’t have a clue to what they are doing!!Â

“I threw a double so I opened a pro shopâ€?Â

The customers!!!
K&K would like to thank all of you for making us who we are..
Phil
very nice site gentlemen!!! It would be great to mention that having a hard working, competitive, and service oriented distributor such as SCBS also goes a long way to making a great pro shop. Leanne would like to be the model for your training video ( of course for a small fee) Keep up the good work K&K

I live in Massachusetts, and I travel to Las Vegas to get equipment from Phil & Ken. K&K has been my pro shop since 2003. Big props to you and all your staff.
